The Providence blends in with the historical architecture of downtown Palatine, while promoting a new definition for luxury living. The unique development combines condominiums, lofts, dining, entertainment, and shopping.
The storefronts, with luxury lofts above, appear to be built independently from each other. Their customized brick and stone designs create a charming, Old World appeal. A nine-story condominium building also uses brick and stone to enhance its exterior beauty. An impressive precast arch, with intricate detail inside and out, provides a striking entrance to upscale condominiums.
Because the Providence is located in the heart of the city, safety became the first priority during construction. Foremen conducted weekly safety meetings with all employees onsite. An independent safety agency conducted jobsite visits to ensure that the project was as safe as possible.
Throughout the project, Midwest Masonry made every effort to identify potential hazards, correct them promptly, and prevent them from occurring again. As a result, the masonry contractor did not experience any accidents or injuries while working on The Providence. With close coordination among all of the trades, masons were able to complete the extensive project within nine months.
