Project Description

In 500 words or less, explain the project and its unique use of masonry materials and techniques. : The use of double sided burnished concrete masonry units is one of the first for Honolulu. The product is laid out in a stack bond fashion to make the buildings be more vertical and to accentuate the the units. The dark burnished cmu has a stone look to them and with the palette of materials of glass, steel and wood there is synergy that works with all these materials. the project is designed to be able to be LEED silver.
