Blade developed with new technology

A.D.M. technology replaces the random clustering of diamonds with an entirely new engineered matrix. The advanced diamond matrix technology consists of two innovative processes – layering and patterning – that allow the travel speed of the saw to be increased without raising the amperage of the motor. The blade is available in 14-in. and 16-in. sizes, with an 18-mm segment. It cuts granite, engineered stone, and other natural stone.

  • Waterjet saw cuts thousands of parts

The MasterJet CNC waterjet saw utilizes a high-speed 20-hp tool with multiple heads that enable the user to cut one part or thousands without expensive tooling or setups. A highly accurate, precisely spaced nozzle cuts as accurately as any die, with no cupping in thick parts. The operator can switch to cut right- or left-hand parts from the same pattern with a single keystroke. A large selection of transfer tables provides for maximum productivity.

  • Tooling aid achieves perfection

The Caulk-EZ tooling aid enables users to achieve a perfect bead, cut costs because the task is done faster, and does not create a mess. The aerosol is sprayed on all caulks and is safe for stone, tile, and solid surfaces. Excess caulk does not stick to the user's fingers or adjacent surfaces. It is non-flammable, odorless, and one can covers up to 400 ft of caulk.

  • Making thin veneer corners and flats

The ThinStone TXS-4500 is a revolutionary approach to improving and increasing the production of thin stone veneer corners and flats from processed sandstone or limestone, either from split face or natural finish materials. The machine cuts stone up to 12-in. high, 2- in. to 24-in. long, and up to 12-in. thick.

  • Machine performs four tasks

The WerkMaster grinds, edges, polishes, and buffs to within 1/8 in. of a wall and under cabinets. It handles terrazzo, granite, marble, and stone surfaces with just a quick and simple change of the discs. A vacuum system is available to capture any dust generated by the operation. Three models are available to handle any size job.
