Q: Do you know of a quick and easy way to make corner joint reinforcement from straight truss-type reinforcement?

Prefabricated joint reinforcement is available for corners, T-intersections, and even circular walls. But if it costs too much or takes too long to get, you can make corner reinforcement from straight truss-type reinforcement. Examples can be found in Masonry Construction, November 1988, page 339.
