Louisiana-based masonry company Rush Masonry Inc., has filed a lawsuit against Christopher Homes Inc. and TKTMJ Inc., alleging nonpayment for a subcontract. According to an article in The Louisiana Record:
Rush Masonry Inc. asserts it entered into a subcontract worth $79,445.66 to provide masonry work for Christopher Homes Inc. and TKTMJ Inc. on the Metairie Manor project located at 4937 York St. in Metairie. The plaintiff claims the subcontract provided that the defendants would pay for all material and work provided on the project. However, Rush Masonry Inc. alleges despite completing all work on the project in a timely and proper manner the defendants have refused to pay them.
