A new report from FMI, “Profiles in Success: How Contractors Define and Achieve Success,” looks at how contractors describe their success and build organizations that serve customers while also building talent and careers. The study of 356 contractors finds there is no single secret to their success. Success for contractors involves the long-term succession of the company and building communities and relationships, according to FMI.
