The new F-150 with it's gas-saving lightweight aluminum body sounds great, but you might think twice after reading this one. Tools of the Trade, a sister publication to Masonry Construction, recently reported on an Edmunds investigation in which they hit the truck twice with an 8-pound sledge hammer (cruel and unusual punishment, no doubt, if you're an auto enthusiast) and took it to the local Ford dealer for repairs.
